I have terrible anxiety and nausea and I have been working with a Functional Medicine Practitioner for my gut issues, plus I have Hashimoto’s, under active thyroid, post menopause and also a mycotoxin issue. I wake up with anxiety and nausea every day, some days not quite so bad as others. I have absolutely no idea what is driving my anxiety.
