I’ve been taking CBD oil for 12 days now & I do feel it is just starting in helping to reduce the intensity of the anxiety, helps me get to sleep quicker, and eat a bit better. All quite subtle but it can take 2-4 weeks to notice any difference. For anxiety it is also recommended to start on a low % CBD oil with a low dose & gradually build up your dose as too much too soon can make your symptoms worse.

While there are a few references to India, they are mostly of turmeric. Marijuana and Hemp recorded use in India is more than 6000 years old. You seem to have missed out on it though you do talk of Persia and early Christianity dating back to 2000 years.

I have sporadic back spasms for year I see a chiropractor monthly for maintenance (it help) and deal with daily Knee & hip joint pain due to my job (heavy mechanic/steel work with lots of walking). after reading all the great reviews on CBD oil I want to get off the daily ibuprofen regiment and try CBD oil. Curiously enough, when considering how beneficial CBD is for the body, it isn't absorbed very well. This can be negated by taking the CBD on an empty stomach and with a little coconut oil or an omega-3 supplemental oil. CBD is lipophilic, meaning that it binds to oils to be taken up by the body. Also, if you're taking a tincture or oil, put the drops under your tongue for faster absorption.
It's the Wild West out there. Without any federal regulatory body checking labels, consumers have very little way of knowing what they're buying when they purchase CBD oil. Bonn-Miller co-authored a study that found that 26 percent of CBD products on the market contained less CBD than their label claimed. So the amount you need for an effective dose could vary drastically, not just from product to product, but from bottle to bottle of the same product.
